We are a small local real estate firm located in Five Points of Columbia, SC. Don’t let our size fool you: We may be small, but we have big ideas and we’re going places! We love Columbia and everything about it. Our goal is to share this ever-changing, constantly improving, little big town with others who already call it home and those that have hopes of calling it home one day soon. Speaking of “home” … That’s kind of our thing. We’ve been selling homes all over Columbia (and the surrounding areas) for more than a decade. It turns out we’re pretty good at it too. In March of 2014 we left a large franchise to open Creech & Creed Real Estate Services and put some of our best practices to work. We’re really enjoying where this leap of faith is taking us.
